Access to Information
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Purpose
The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) provides a process for requesting access to certain records where access is required to exercise or protect a right.
How to make a request
Send a written request through the contact form for info@phesasolutions.co.za. Identify the records requested, the right you seek to exercise or protect, your contact details, and your preferred form of access. Proof of identity and any prescribed form or fee may be required.
Assessment of requests
Requests are considered under PAIA and other applicable law. Access may be refused where a lawful ground applies, including protection of personal information, confidential commercial information, safety, security, or another person’s rights.
Information Regulator
Official forms, guidance and complaint procedures are available from the Information Regulator of South Africa. This page is a general website template and should be reviewed when the company’s formal PAIA manual and statutory particulars are finalised.
